In response to the increasing digitalization of society, the Keyrus Foundation is committed to supporting initiatives that inspire young girls to pursue careers in technology.
Since its inception in 2019, the "Les intrépides de la Tech" project, backed by the Keyrus Foundation, has been dedicated to promoting gender diversity in the digital sector and preparing future professionals for these promising fields.
This ambitious project has brought together four partners—La Simplon Foundation, La Compagnie du Code, Magic Makers, and JobIRL—and offers awareness-raising workshops designed to spark young girls' interest in and enthusiasm for digital careers. During these workshops, our employees engage with middle and high school girls, sharing insights about their educational journeys and career paths to help the students explore digital professions and expand their career horizons.
