Founded in 2016, Fireside supports women in accelerating their careers by setting up a mentoring program, Futur Femmes, with partner companies but also through workshops, masterclasses and conferences. The association's mission is to promote professional gender balance and help make the Tech sector more inclusive. FireSide brings together a community of women, enabling them to expand their network and knowledge, and create career opportunities. Committed to promoting gender equality in tech, the Keyrus Foundation, a partner of the Futur Femmes program, mobilizes Keyrus employees to mentor women and help them develop their careers.
